Kelly Michelle Stables was born in St. Louis Missouri where she was a performer at The Muny Opera. She graduated cum laude from The University of Missouri Columbia with a Bachelors degree in Communication and Theatre. When she moved from Missouri to Los Angeles she quickly got involved in theater arts acting and choreographing in over 2 dozen plays and musical productions including The Little Foxes Brady Bunch: The Musical Peter Pan at the Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera as well as 7 lead roles at LA's award winning Storybook Theatre. Kelly started landing movie and television roles after she learned improvisation, and later became a Theatre West company member. Her unique voice and her petite stature enabled Kelly to come up with an array of vibrant characters. Her role alongside Naomi Watts as Samara the villain In The Ring 2 is well acknowledged, however, she's better recognized for playing the lively receptionist on Two and a Half Men. Kelly was the paralegal as well as a social animal in TV The Land's The Exes in the role of a series regular from 2011-2015. Additionally, she played the sassy sister of Alyssa in ABC's Romantically Challenged. On the The CW's No Tomorrow she portrayed the stress-stricken suburban mom. She sang soprano in many cartoons, including Tom & Jerry, Sofia the First and Doc McStuffins. The most recent appearance was that of the dim and adorable Cloud 9 staffer on NBC popular comedy Superstore. Together with her husband and two kids, she lives a quiet life.
